Storage

In this segment, BRINOX offers design and manufacture of all types of vessels adapted to the technological process, the specific requirements of the client, and which are in accordance with current regulations from individual fields such as PED, ATEX, IPPC, etc.

  • Horizontal
  • Sheathed
  • Insulated

The company is certified to manufacture pressure vessels, machinery installations, and processing equipment.

Automatic valve blocks with dual-seat valves.

All process tanks are connected through valve blocks with dual-seat valves type DVEH for the hygienic operation and safety before mixing the product and cleaning substances.  Dual-seat valves allow parallel filling, emptying and cleaning of tanks and pipelines.

CIP Systems

Characteristics of the Brinox CIP system:

  • Automatic operation: Each washing object has specifically defined optimal parameters for washing
  • Modularity: CIP system parts are manufactured in block implementation
  • Heating: Heating is used in the flow, allowing economy and flexibility in working with plate heat      exchangers
  • Stage separation: The CIP system automatically separates washing stages based on liquid conductivity
  • Constant concentration: The constant concentration of washing solutions enables economy of concentrate usage and increased life expectancy of gaskets in the process systems
  • Disinfection: System for cold chemical disinfection in the last rinse water
